Mr. Ho Yong-ya is a senior experiential training consultant in Hong Kong and also an international practicing trainer for City & Guilds in the UK. His clients include enterprises, schools, churches, government departments, hospitals, and other regions across Hong Kong, Macau, Canada, and Mainland China, with over 30,000 training sessions. Stephen holds the rights to develop multiple training courses, books, and training equipment. He is currently a contracted trainer for several multinational companies, and in recent years has focused on training new mentors domestically and developing patent training systems. Stephen is well-versed in NLP and Psycholinguistic Programming, adventure expansion training, and E-LEARNING systems, earning him the reputation as the “King of Games” in the training industry.
