He has taught at the University of Hong Kong and served as Head of the Counseling Department at Hong Kong Shue Yan College for ten years.

He has given over 500 television interviews and more than 1,200 exclusive interviews with newspapers, breaking the record for professional exposure and becoming a household name in Hong Kong.

Once, while preparing for a TV show, a celebrity asked him, “Can psychology help me solve my financial problems?” He didn’t answer that question at the time, but it motivated him to apply psychology to business.
