Introduction to the Mediation Course
The mediation course combines mediation and negotiation in a systematic manner to strengthen participants’ understanding of mediation models, procedures, knowledge, and concepts, further appreciating the benefits and application techniques of mediation, and learning the procedures and appropriate handling techniques required during mediation.
A systematic framework is provided for participants to learn mediation knowledge, concepts, benefits, and application techniques, as well as the necessary procedures and appropriate handling techniques for mediation, promoting harmonious coexistence.

This mediation course is taught by qualified instructors and integrates mediation, negotiation, and arbitration skills to deepen their application. Mr. Keith Wong
Mr. Huang has twenty-seven years of law enforcement experience, with extensive expertise in administrative procedures, personnel management, investigations and prosecutions, intelligence monitoring, occupational safety and health, and onboarding training. He has organized and participated in local and overseas law enforcement meetings, training, and inspections.

Mr. Qiu Zhicheng
Professor Qiu has accumulated over thirty-six years of experience in public and private organizations, NGOs, and international organizations. He holds dual PhDs: a PhD in Management from the University of the Southern Cross in Australia and a PhD in Education from the University of Technology Sydney.
Professor Qiu himself is a professional engineer and chartered building engineer at Yuan International, and in the 1990s was selected as an overseas senior member of the China Mechanical Engineering Society. After receiving professional training at the British Arbitration Institute in 1993, he accumulated relevant experience in engineering projects.
He also holds a certificate in higher education teaching from Harvard University, USA. Since 2000, he has served as a freelance scholar at six universities and higher education institutions. In 2005, Professor Qiu was recognized as an “Outstanding Scholar” by the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
Since 2004, Professor Chou has been appointed as a member of the ‘World Construction Officials Organization: Special Advisory Status of the United Nations Economic and Social Council and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.’
In 2017, he was awarded a certificate in Business Sustainability Management by the University of Cambridge in the UK. Subsequently, he was invited by the Hong Kong UNESCO Association to serve as its Associate Vice President, and at the same time founded the Global Sustainable Development Planners Association, providing certification training for talent and enterprises.
