In light of the economic rise of China and many Southeast Asian countries and frequent business activities, China established a China-ASEAN cooperation platform (11 countries) in 2000, set up the China-ASEAN Trading Center in Guangnan City, and set up the Zhongyuan ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center in Haishi, Hainan.
Since the 11 countries have different legal foundations, it is necessary to address differences arising from trade and cooperation and promote harmonious progress. Professional mediation and arbitration have become professional services to safeguard corporate mediation and arbitration. Our association provides professional mediation and arbitrator training to grasp corporate risk management.
This course integrates corporate training management with professional coaching knowledge and skills. The content is based on the SBP Professional Diploma in Business Management established by the UK Business Management School, supplemented by strategic management aligned with 17 global sustainability targets.
As a business application course, the program aims to enable participants to utilize diverse training techniques and management knowledge to achieve communication within the company and achieve various strategic targets. Mr. Huang has twenty-seven years of law enforcement experience, with extensive expertise in administrative procedures, personnel management, investigations and prosecutions, intelligence monitoring, occupational safety and health, and onboarding training. He has organized and participated in local and overseas law enforcement meetings, training, and inspections.

The training lasts a total of 14 hours, including one hour of assessment

The internship assessment course assesses participants from two aspects, mainly utilizing the knowledge and methods learned in class. Each unit of the course includes relevant internship assessment items. Each lesson’s internship assessment checklist provides scoring criteria, and candidates must organize their internship records into a book for review. Theory of knowledge students must complete the multiple-choice exam paper within one and a half hours. Internship assessments can be completed at any time during the course, but we recommend completing them fully before the written exam.
