Women are inherently advantaged in dealing with this issue, while men, on the other hand, are affected by a lack of flexibility in social values and personality, and will face severe challenges this century.<\/p>\n
As technology advanced, the employment inequality left over from the Industrial Revolution gradually broke down. In the past, most jobs were handled by men, but now women can also hold a position. Look at Vice Premier Wu Yi\u2014he joined the petroleum industry, which was originally an all-male workforce, even at a young age; On the other that have always been specialized for women are hard for men to get involved in and often go unappreciated.<\/p>\n
