Beauty Care and Makeup Certificate (Qualifications Framework Level 2)

This course, the “Certificate in Beauty Care and Makeup (Level 2 of the Qualifications Framework),” is included in the “List of Continuing Education Fund Reimbursable Courses” (CEF No.: 74C083981), the Government Qualifications Framework Level 2 Professional Accreditation (QF number: 12/001349/L2), (Vaild period: 01/01/2013 – 31/07/2026). If the trainee meets the course requirements, they can receive a maximum reimbursement of 80% of the tuition fee (first $10,000), 60% (each session $15,000), or a maximum of $25,000

Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

The Continuing Education Fund provides ongoing education and training funding for adults aged 18-65 who wish to pursue further education.

Eligible applicants may claim reimbursement of tuition fees for approved courses. Up to 80% (first $10,000), 60% (first $15,000), or up to $25,000 can be refunded.

  • What is a qualified applicant?
    Must be a Hong Kong resident and hold the right of abode, entry to Hong Kong, or the right to stay in Hong Kong without any restrictions on stay conditions (a one-way permit for mainland visitors may also apply).
  • What are the conditions for refunding course fees?
    Students only need to achieve passing results and an attendance rate of 80% or above in the school exam to receive a refund, although this usually takes about two months after the course is completed.
  • How do I apply for the application?
    Our college will arrange for staff to handle government subsidy documents on your behalf during course enrollment, making it convenient, fast, and completely free of charge.
