PhD in Religious Studies (Chinese University), Master of Theology (Chinese University), Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology, Senior Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), registered corporate coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and a licensed hypnotherapist in the UK and Canada.

Instructors currently present multiple physical and mental health and personal growth certificate courses at the School of Professional and Continuing Education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the St. James’ Settlement Continuing Education Centre. They also collaborate with the Social Welfare Department, Hong Kong Playground Association, and Family Learning Association (funded by the Quality Education Fund) to organize large-scale seminars, teaching kindergarten and primary and secondary school teachers, parents, social workers, and counselors how to improve counseling skills, interpersonal relationships, and emotional management, enabling participants to better help others and help themselves.

The instructor has years of research in meditation, psycholinguistic programming, dream interpretation, picture interpretation (Wu Shuren), and emotional processing, flexibly applying them in teaching. At the same time, they combine orthodox psychology, modern management, and professional coaching techniques, using non-traditional and dull learning methods to enable students to learn in a relaxed environment and achieve maximum benefits.

She has also written dream interpretation columns for Sudden Weekly, Headline Daily, and Life Sky Post. She frequently gives media interviews, including in major newspapers and magazines, TV programs such as “Keng Qiang Ji,” “Urban Leisure,” and radio programs like “Under the Same Sky,” to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
