Prospects for corporate trainer certification

With the rapid development of the corporate training industry, corporate trainers are a newly emerging profession. Currently, many large and medium-sized enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, and joint ventures are increasingly emphasizing training in knowledge, skills, and theory for their employees. Therefore, there is a rush to recruit various types of corporate trainers. Corporate trainers are a profession that demands extremely high personal qualities and qualifications. Currently, it is still in the early stages, so there is a severe shortage of outstanding corporate trainers.

 

Course objectives

After completing the course, those who meet the qualifications will be awarded a certificate of completion and arranged to participate in the national unified examination. Successful candidates will be issued the National Enterprise Trainer Professional Qualification Certificate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (which serves as proof of trainer competence, is recognized by the state and universally applied, and can also serve as proof of enterprise training and as the main basis for employers to recruit successful candidates).

Educational system

The total training hours are 40 hours
(3 hours practical exam + 3 hours public exam),
with 112 hours of self-study and lesson preparation

 

Admission information

– College degree with at least six
years of relevant work experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least five
years of relevant training experience, or master’s degree or above, with at least three
years of relevant training experience. Bring two copies each of ID card, diploma, or relevant job certificate, and four ID photos to register

Senior mentors, experts, and professors are appointed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to deliver lectures

 

Training materials

Uses the Ministry of Labor and Social Security’s (Enterprise Trainer)
textbook compiled according to national vocational qualification requirements, including Basic Theory for Enterprise Trainers (Volumes 1 and 2, and Study Guide).
