Mr. Thomas Wong Mr. Huang Keli

Mr. Wong Ho-lap was an educator in his early years, working in education for 8 years, during which he obtained both an honors bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education. He specializes in curriculum development, educational leadership, and management, and is also involved in insurance sales and management. He worked in the sales department of an insurance company and also established his own insurance agency company. In 2003, he obtained a professional diploma in personal finance and in the same year passed the highest professional qualification in the financial services sector—Certified Financial Planner (CPFCM—). His expertise is insurance fund sales and management, as well as comprehensive personal financial planning. In mid-2003, he participated in the “2003 Hong Kong Financial Planner” election organized by the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and won the Merit Award.
